Online admission terms
Effective June 13, 2026
Agreement and authorized use
These terms apply when you create an account or submit an application through the College of Subic Montessori, Subic Bay Campus admission portal. The submitter must be the student, the student's parent, or an authorized guardian and must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Account security
Keep account credentials confidential and use the portal only for legitimate admission purposes. Notify the school promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Review and enrollment
Submitting an online application does not guarantee admission or enrollment. The school reviews requirements and finance clearance before enrollment is finalized. The school may request supporting information, correct clear administrative errors, or contact the submitter while reviewing an application.
After submission
Submitted applications cannot be edited online. Corrections must be requested through registrar@csmsubicbay.edu.ph. The school may verify the requester's identity and authority before changing a record.
Invalid applications
Do not submit false, unlawful, abusive, duplicate, or unauthorized applications; impersonate another person; attempt to bypass security controls; disrupt the portal; or access information you are not authorized to view. The school may restrict access, archive or reject an application, and take other appropriate action when these terms or applicable law are violated.
Availability and changes
The school may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue portal features when reasonably necessary. Temporary interruptions or errors do not change the school's obligation to handle applications fairly, but the portal is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Privacy and records
The school handles personal information as described in the online admission privacy notice. Application and enrollment information may form part of the school's official records and may remain available through a linked admission account where appropriate.
