Online admission terms
Authorized submission
The submitter must be the student, parent, or authorized guardian. The submitter is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Review and enrollment
Submitting an online application does not guarantee admission or enrollment. The school reviews requirements and finance clearance before enrollment is finalized.
After submission
Submitted applications cannot be edited online. Corrections must be requested through registrar@csmsubicbay.edu.ph.
Invalid applications
False, abusive, duplicate, or unauthorized submissions may be archived by the school.
After enrollment
Admission accounts remain available for viewing application history after enrollment. Returning applications can use student records already linked by the school.
